Yazad Dalal is a Regional Vice President at TMP Worldwide, where he leads the agency’s New York account services. Mr. Dalal has 12 years of human capital experience, helping companies around the world use digital tools to attract, engage, and retain the best talent. Prior to joining TMP, he spent nine years at Monster Worldwide, where he led a global sales development group and developed an expertise in global employment branding and sourcing, traveling regularly to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East to meet with clients and understand local recruitment practices. Mr. Dalal has also served as EVP for Sales, Strategy, and Business Development at Vault.com, the leading career information resource for high-achieving students and advanced-degree professionals. He speaks regularly at employer events and seminars and has developed strong relationships with talent management professionals across the Fortune 500. As a career expert, he has appeared in Forbes, New York Daily News, Black Enterprise, CNNMoney, Crain’s, NY1, and the Washington Post.
