Ms. Edwards joined TMP in 2003 and is responsible for the company’s Account Service teams in the Southwest Region. Gretchen began her 20+ year recruitment advertising career as a copywriter and progressed to creative director and senior-level account service positions, including Partner in her own advertising agency.

Gretchen is responsible for driving the implementation of strategic sourcing strategies for major global companies. She is a motivational leader with proven business acumen, and she is known for her customer service and team-building skills.
