Erv joined the agency as an entry-level team member. Now, a 20-year veteran, he looks back on a career path that has allowed him a variety of roles managing client relationships as well as growing and retaining top talent within the organization. Currently on his second ‘tour of duty’ with TMP, Erv has management responsibility for service delivery to key accounts in TMP’s Midwest Region. He partners with business development on new client acquisition and works closely with a very talented account team to ensure success of strategic client initiatives ranging from research, branding and media to Web development and campaign management. Erv and his team oversee a number of key TMP accounts from a diverse industry sector mix including healthcare, professional services, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial services and retail.
