As Regional Vice President, Kristin is responsible for the overall quality, effectiveness, customer satisfaction and P&L of TMP Government’s 65+-person office located in McLean, Virginia. Kristin leads the team that brings employer branding, recruitment, retention, marketing, communications, digital, social media and other innovative solutions to our clients in government, contracting and associations. She maintains client relationships and ensures overall quality and performance.

Formerly Vice President of Operations and Finance, Kristin managed over 21 federal contracts and subcontracts for TMP Government, LLC. Her expertise on a wide variety of contracts was especially valuable in on-boarding new government and commercial clients, and ensuring that everything from monthly reporting to invoicing remained compliant. In conjunction with the Project Team, she played a hands-on role in contract development and maintenance, from the proposal stage to ensuring accurate billing and closeout.

Kristin brings a unique background of over 14 years in the Advertising  &  Marketing Industry, and 8+ years in Federal Contracting.

Before managing Finance and Operations, Kristin was the National Director, Client Operations at TMP Worldwide, and was responsible for both online and offline Standard Operating Procedures and Agency Training. She also worked with internal support groups in the systems and finance teams and to centralize communication throughout the agency. Prior to that, she held a variety of account service positions.
