As Senior Vice President, Mr. Enright oversees and manages activities at the TMP Government, LLC headquarters in McLean, VA. Mr. Enright leads the team that brings employer branding, recruitment, retention, marketing, communications, digital, social media and other innovative solutions to our clients in government, contracting and associations. With more than 12 years of progressive experience in the human capital recruitment field, Mr. Enright has built a career developing project solutions and analyzing client needs, specializing in serving the federal government. Mr. Enright joined TMP Government in September 2010, coming from Monster Government Solutions (formerly QuickHire) where he worked for over 8 years in Business Development and Sales Management. Mr. Enright served in the active U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division, 1st Cavalry Division and continues to serve in the Maryland Army National Guard. His total service time currently exceeds 21 years. His professional experience also includes work in the tactical intelligence field supporting a broad range of military operations. He graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Psychology. Mr. Enright has won multiple awards for outstanding performance, excellence and service throughout his career, including sales recognition such as President’s Club and High Achievers Club, and military awards such as The Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism, and Operation Iraqi Freedom and Southwest Asia Campaign medals.

Mr. Havard has over 25 years of recruitment advertising and marketing experience. Mr. Havard focuses on the development and implementation of recruitment marketing programs and outreach communications for federal, state and local government, contractors and associations. Based at TMP Government headquarters, in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area, Mr. Havard brings the full-service resources of one of the world’s leading recruitment communications firms to the requirements of government agencies, departments, jurisdictions and organizations. Mr. Havard is a strategic contributor to top-level clients with regards to interactive advertising and marketing technology. Formerly Senior Vice President with TMP Worldwide for the Government Sector, Mr. Havard previously oversaw client development throughout North America for the advertising division of TMP Worldwide. His prior professional experience includes developing and managing a recruitment advertising and consulting practice and corporate HR experience for a major defense contractor.

Master’s Degree in Education/Labor Relations; Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Virginia Tech.

As Senior Vice President of Creative and Digital, Ms. Wozniak is responsible for leading and innovating digital and creative products and services for TMP Government. She is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all digital and traditional communications. Formerly Senior Vice President of Interactive for TMP Worldwide, Lindsay was in charge of interactive and new media solutions including interactive multimedia and Internet services across all industry sectors. Before joining TMP, Ms. Wozniak completed the APR program for business-to-business advertising at General Electric Company. Ms. Wozniak has received more than 200 industry awards for digital and creative achievement throughout her career, and is an inductee into The Art Institute’s Hall of Fame.
