I’m involved in digital projects from initial brief through to launch. What makes it exciting is that we have to manage these projects in a constantly shifting digital landscape, with new technologies and applications being brought to market all the time. It’s about staying abreast of everything. Besides delivering projects over and above expectations, we encourage clients to try innovative solutions that put them ahead of their competition.
I also look after SEM (Google AdWords) campaigns. This is an interesting part of my job, especially the ongoing optimisation based on real time ‘feedback’ from the audience, which requires different approaches to each and every campaign. I started as an Account Manager at aia, but having flirted with digital project management at my previous agency, I wanted to get more involved in that side of the business. aia made it happen and I don’t think such a move would have been possible at many other agencies. I like having my own space to test myself, but it’s great knowing I have the support of everyone whenever I need it. I love what I do, but without the people here my day would not be as much fun.
